Description :

Silicone Oil-L4580 / Non-ionic Silicone Emulsion (Esther-Silicone L4580) is high concentration non-ionic silicone emulsion with high stability. It can be applied to textile, leather and home & care care industries.

Applications :

Esther-Silicone L4580 with its better film forming character and moderated viscosity; can easily dilute in water, and has good dilution stability. It can be widely used in textile, leather, and household &car care industries.

Textile :

Esther-Silicone L4580 as lubricant, provides good lubrication in yarn and hosiery manufacture, as well it can be as a raising agent used in process of textile finishing treatment providing fabrics smoothness and softening hand feeling, gloss on dark color fabrics.

Esther-Silicone L4580 can be also used as levelling and antisticking agent in cover printing.

Leather :

Esther-Silicone L4580 can be used as leather gloss agent.

Household & Car care:

Esther-Silicone L4580 can be formulated in fabric softener and brightener.

Others : Used as mold-release agent

Application Notes :

1.Esther-Silicone L4580 is a high content emulsion, it may be demixed when it keep storage in certain period. It is a quite normal phenomenon.

2.Esther-Silicone L4580 is a special functional silicon, it will enhance the performance when formulate with amino emulsion or non-silicone softener.

3.To stir up emulsion well before ready to use.

4.To use up in a short tern when diluted or formulation.

Handling and Storage :

To ensure that the product quality is maintained, the container should be tightly sealed when not in use. It should be stored at normal room temperature, preventing prolonged exposure to extreme heat and cold conditions, which may cause product separation. If the product is separated, stir the contents. If the product is frozen, thaw it at warm conditions and stir after thawed.
