Pentaerythritol Oleate (Eshter-PETO)

Pentaerythritol Oleate (Eshter-PETO) has a light yellow transparent liquid appearance and is an ester product with excellent thermal stability. It has very little volatility and is widely used as a lubricant in various engineering plastic processing processes. It can prevent the melting of plastics from adhering to molds and equipment, and also enable the product to demold smoothly at high temperatures. Even in complex structured molds, it can ensure good demolding. In addition, during the feeding process, It can prevent melting (bridging phenomenon) in the raw material area. Beneficial for improving the injection molding feeding and filling speed, resulting in a smooth surface and high smoothness of the product. It has excellent nucleation effect on partially crystalline plastics and can be used for transparent products.

1. Lubrication: With excellent lubrication performance,high viscosity index, good flame resistance, and a biodegradation rate of over 90%, it is an idealt oil for No.68 synthetic ester type flame resistant hydraulic oils.

2. Blending oil: it can be used to blend environmentally friendly hydraulic oil, chain saw oil, and engine oil for water yachts.

3. Oily agent: Used as an oily agent in steel plate cold rolling liquid, steel pipe drawing oil, and other metal working fluids.

4. Film forming: Esters have good surface film forming properties and can be used in soft and hard PVC sheets,plate guide profiles,pipes,transparent bottle materials, and heat shrinkable film.
